Returns and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, due to the size, weight, and value of the pits we are unable to refund due to change of mind. In the unlikely event you find a fault or problem with your pit we need to know. We are happy to discuss what may be going on and if it is indeed a fault we will work with you to have the issue rectified, and if required the item collected, returned and a replacement sent out straight away.

Don’t forget to study the specs on the items and take note that there will be slight distortion in the steel due to the heat of the fire, but rest assured, this has all been calculated into the design and will not affect the performance of your investment at all.

Our Fire Pits are our pride, so if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Timberwolf firepit, please contact us and we will do whatever necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
